Hey guys, how's it going? I thought I might well swing by and introduce myself.
I'm Oli, I'm a grand 20 years of age, I live in Cambridge, England, and I enjoy proper photography. The problem is, not a vast amount of other people around these parts do, so it's nice to discover a community that doesn't ask me to see the pic I've just taken, then ask why I'm humping around a camera from the dark ages...
I do as much shooting as a student/bartender's budget allows, mainly on my Minolta Dynax 500si, but I do take my Yashica 635 and Yashica J out quite a bit as well. Not as much as I used to, lost my meter, but guesswork usually gets some half-decent results! Got a few other toys tucked away as well, but they're the ones I use mostly.
What do I use them for? Anything goes, really... Street photography mainly, but anything that looks like it'll come out well will probably get a photograph taken of it.
