I should add that although it is an old-fashioned way to develop, it works great with semi-stand development.
I can do it with 4 negatives at a time, start the timer when ready to go, do 25sec continuous agitation, have an 11x14 ilford black plastic bag by the tank and use it to cover it, making sure to roll the sac so its weight will guaranty no light will get in from the floor, place the whole thing on the floor, turn on the lights and, 30 min latter do 15 sec agitation, cover and come back empty the tank, wash in the dark then add the fixer and agitate for the indicated time, turn the light on aan amaze yourself on how smart you are !!!!!
