Another cool factory tour video. I searched a quite a bit and was surprised to find this hasn't been posted. Unless it has.

Very interesting, thanks for posting.

I agree with others who expressed concerns about what will happen when these long-time employees retire. Hope they're training some young people, so it won't be like the situation with film camera repair where the technicians are simply disappearing, and that's that.
