Thanks! In my case, FM2n, FE2, FA. Any in that lineage is considered a "compact F".
I didn't know that. I use an F and a Nikkormat Ftn, with period (1966-1971) lenses. I thought there might be a shrunken version of the F I'd never heard of.
edit - I have the 20/3.5 Nikkor UD, 35/2.0 Nikkor O, 2x 50/2 Nikkor H, one 650,000~ and one 970,000~, 55/3.5 Nikkor P, 105/2.5 Nippor P (Sonnar). 1968 F with Ftn and plain prism, 1969-70 Nikkormat.
