Hello!

I am in charge of a teaching darkroom for a university art department (far NW California) -- doing my best to keep things wet.

I mostly use an 8x10 and make carbon prints and pt/pd prints. A lot of work under the redwoods and trips to Yosemite when I can.

Hi from the rainy north above Oregon. I'm always thinking about Yosemite and Pt. Lobos and yes those huge trees of the Redwoods. Can't wait for another trip. We have grown to love Redding too after our truck broke down and had to have a water pump. Came in off the mountains on a Friday evening and had to wait till Monday for a mechanic.
Anyway, welcome and good to know that another U darkroom is saved.

hello again....

While we are quickly catching up with our rain average, you folks north of us have been getting the rain we usually get -- not that I am complaining! I head up to Salem occasionally (have relatives there) -- and then onwards to Spokane. I would love to spend some time in the Gorge with the 8x10 -- beautiful country!

Curt -- my van broke down in Mount Shasta, just north of Redding many moons ago -- not too bad of a place to have to stay (the mechanics let me sleep in the van, too). Even got to see the Dali Lama do a peace ceremony up on the Mountain while I was stuck there...only in California!

Blaze-on -- anything to make The Inland Empire bareable!
