Blue skies in lieu of the traditional French greyness. Smoothing over wrinkles. Getting rid of double-chins, bingo wings and jowels. No limit!

In the darkroom would raising one side of the easel to elongate bodies at weddings so the bridle party looks thinner have to be labeled? I do not think so since as stated the photograph would not be retouched or digitally altered.
 
The law has a particular societal purpose, and only applies to commercial usage.
Whether it will assist in its purpose (and I understand there are other things being done for the same purpose) may be uncertain, but I certainly can think of worse ways for legislators to spend their time.
