I decided with the tonne (nearly) of chemicals I should start offering a service to help promote more film usage.

So I'm trying to keep the cost as low as possible while being sustainable.

I'll see about using that yankee tank as a dip and dunk tank for 4x5 in the dark for C-41 and E-6.

C-41 is pretty much good to go for 35mm and 120, E-6 will be another ~2 weeks till I can get my hands on some more commercial first developer.

I do use Stabilizer III too, if you got old films that need stabiliser as opposed to final rinse, or want to cross-process E-6 in C-41.

Made a FB page for it http://www.facebook.com/pages/Melbourne-Film-Processing-Supplies/192853034081634

FB is good for liking and getting it around to the hip crowd etc.

I do have RA-4 chems and a 35mm-4x5" colour enlarger, but no RA-4 paper atm, I'll test interest on that and investigate if I should just buy a big roll of paper and cut it down in the future.

I can pick up/drop off in the city on a weekly basis.. weekends, I live in Ringwood for any Eastern Suburb guys, and you can post it to me, and get return postage if you cover return postage (would be pretty cheap though, not like online store 'postage' lol).

If you want some 35mm/120 C-41 (I need to black out garage for dip and dunk first, then run a couple test sheets for 4x5" before accepting anyone else's 4x5"'s) done just PM until I get something semi-automated going

Great. Like the FB page. I have some old Velvia to be processed. Will contact soon.

All E-6 parts arrived today.. mixed up a bit of each part, going to run a test roll tonight on an exposed roll of 400X I've had for a while... will shoot a roll of E100VS tomorrow for another test.

4x5" colour is solved, new stuff on the way.

Looking at 8x10" next.

Good job, I'll have to see how many exposed sheets & rolls are in my colour-corner of the freezer waiting for development...

Yes I did get a mod54. I like it, since I am very comfortable with running colour in a paterson. Very ideal. It's so simple one could repair or make an entirely new reel, though I encourage analogue business support, just in the case everything goes down the shitter, it's good to know that you could easily replicate it given no other options left for getting 4x5 reels in the future.

Got the Jobo 4x5" reel too.
