Hello,

just these days the first issue of Photoklassik ( http://www.photoklassik.de/ ), a completely new photo print magazine, which is focused on film photography only (no digital), just hit the shelves.
The first reports from the readers are quite positive.
I've ordered it also and look forward to get it in the next days.

Best regards,
Henning

I received my first copy yesterday. I have only had time to make quick look into it but it looks outstanding. Many interesting articles on new technical development, historical surveys for beginners, picture reportages and technical/scientific articles. Besides that excelent printing quality. If you can read some German there is no reason for not subscribing.

I did three years German at high school more than fifty years ago, and don't think that I can remember enough to understand it, but I would certainly be interested if there was an English version.

When I sent my first mail to them it took a few days before the answer came but it was very polite and included all information that I needed even though Sweden wasn't on their first list of countries to send to. As far as I understand the magazine is run by two enthusiasts, Wolfgang Heinen and Thomas Maschke , and I have a feeling that right now they are quite busy. Have patience and I am sure you will get an answer. It is worth waiting for.

I've ordered via Email last week, received a short reply that they've got my Email and today I've had my example in the mail.

Hope to find the time to read it completely at the weekend, and then I can give you a short report if you are interested.

Best regards,
Henning

Those of us who only read English can hope for a translation soon. We need a film only magazine badly.
