New Epson 3880

Does anyone know if the B&W feature is improved over the 3800?

I believe the black inks are the same but a new head and software(?) may make for an improvement.

Thanks for the web link ... I see where he mentions newer screening technology as used on the R2880 ... so maybe that will improve the BxW features of the previous 3800 model.
