Anyone actually seen Chris Jordan's NOLA book, or a show of the work yet? Aside from questions of process, is it interesting?

There you can see his Katrina work. I don't see how this turned into such an argument- one person is posting a link to a new book by Chris Jordan, and suddenly people are arguing about the merits of his work, his output, etc... I don't think the author of this thread ever said that he preferred Jordan's work to Portera's. And like Mr. Goldfarb said- they both have their own purposes and are very different from one another.

Keep the faith Sam. As I have said before, if there is a way to raise the $, you are welcome to put it out under my imprint... ANYTIME. If I had the money to do it alone, I wouldn't think twice. The work is beautiful. I think I mentioned before that someone would get one out there fast. That was to be expected. Your story is different and shouldn't be compared.Sportera said:The book will happen or it won't.
