New 4x10 on auction site for less than $700??

The guy is based in Hong Kong, so it could be Chinese.
He doesn't give much information either, nothing about the wood used, nothing about the lengh of the bellows.
Looks nice on the pictures though......

Well starting bid.

It looks like a copy of the Shen. Considring what holders cost the current bid is low enough to be less then a 4x5.
