Nettar 515 Bellows Replacement Question

I have a Nettar 515 that I need to remove the bellows and replace. My question is how is it removed and then placed back in? I am going to guess that maybe most Zeiss Ikon folders the bellows are attached the same or similar. How much of the camera can be or should be taken apart to help with this process?
I don't see any tabs and wondering if maybe bellows has to be cut out first. Well I am only guessing here and in hopes that someone can provide me some information on this.... Thanks
