I seem to remember that Kodak or Ilford used to sell a device to safely cut 35mm negative for storage. I have had a few mishaps with the paper cutter (scratches)

Has anyone got a suggestion. I am looking for something that holds the negative and you have a blade that cuts accurately between frames.

Slide cutter from Kaiser. If you use scissors, use very short bladed ones, 1" moustach trimmer. back light the film strip. Long wide blades cast shadows messing up the job.
