Need two poles for Fuji FDB-12 dark box...

Hi there....just been given a Fujifilm FDB-12 dark box but its missing two rods and one ring to hold the rod upright (you will know what I mean if you have one)......any idea where i can get spares?????

what do they look like? diameter, length, height?... cant you use tent poles? or kite sticks? dowels?
