need some help

I have some Kodak color ready load sheet film, and I have the ready load holder. When I opened the box the ready load holder came in, there were no instructions. I may have gotten my hair dyed yesterday to cover the now white blonde roots, but I can't figure out how to work the holders. After you guys pick yourself up off the ground laughing at me, could one of you tell me how to use the damn thing! I leave early tomorrow for a road trip and need this info today.

They are pretty much the same as the Quickloads. Are the kodaks double sheet? Just curious.
