I climb a lot and I need a belt bag/pouch capable of fitting a slr and lens. I always take my OM1 and my 50mm 1.4 with me but the pouch (chalk bag) I have for it is on the small side.

Does anyone have user experience with a smaller belt pouch? Preferably Domke or something sturdy and simple? I know Domke offers a lot of varieties but their site kinda sucks and I
need to know if my OM1 will fit in one of their smaller bags. I need a belt pouch, not a shoulder bag.

Anyone?

Thanks

I have 2 or 3 that would fit the bill, but won't be able to provide specifics (make, model) for a few days. Plus they're all a few years old so I don't know if currently available. But one of them is an earlier version of this, except that the main compartment is teardrop shaped and the 2 lens pouches are removable. Tho other is a simple box shaped bag that has both shoulder strap and belt loop. I'd have to believe the usual suspects (Lowepro, Tamrac, Tenba, etc) still offer such a bag.

Think Tank make a bag called the 'Change Up' that can be either a shoulder bag, waist bag, or chest bag depending on how you deploy it. It is about the size of a Billingham Hadley small, so would take a body and two lenses, but isn't too think or padded and is geared towards sports and travel.
