Hello
I'm looking for the 6x9 lightbox for a Durst M805 Multigraph.
However If I can't find one I'm thinking of building one. For this I need the size of the box including the size of the windows on both sides.
Has the Multgraph originally a filterdrawer?

Can anyone help me?

Thanks
Dick.

I think this is for the original M805.
The Multigraph comes with a different box: the MG 69/805.
That's the one I'm looking for.

Ok how about this. It has the red button on it, do you think that will fit? I have pictures of Multigraph 805 enlargers with the red button boxes on them.

(points to ebay auction for a Bimabox 69 with red button on front)

Searching through my archive of Durst literature, this is all I can find so far:
mgbox.jpg

The drawing shows the "optional" boxes available. The other text in the document indicates that the MG-69 box that you are looking for is the one that came standard on the enlarger.

It looks like it but the typenumber is different.
I don't know whether it would fit
Is there anyone who has both lightboxes: the one for the colorhead and the one for the Multigraph. If so please check if they can be exchanged.

Light box for M805 multigraph

Hi
There are a number of options
1: contact Roger Francis ex Durst technical Rep he has lots of spares and accessories available and he may be able to assist, contact me for his E mail address.
2 Failing that speak to Terry at Northern Photo the official Durst warranty agents in the UK they also keep spares
3 Durst still sell these on their website 272 euros!
4 If all else fails make one but they are a real thing of beauty and unless you really have to I would spend a little time trying to find the real thing. If you do end up having to make one I can give you the dimensions.

Durst M805 Multigraph mixing box

Dick
Just to clarify the box for the multigraph is similar to the standard colour mixing box but much deeper. A standard box will not fit!

Thanks. I'm lucky, the original boxes have been found.

For the sake of completeness, can you post some pictures of them?

Missing part Multigraph

Now I have a new problem. Haven't been able to use the thing but am starting now.
There seems a bit missing between the head and the lightbox.
There is a sort of box that is fixed to the head and that will adapt the lightboxes.
See the red arrow in the attached picture.

I could of course try and make one myself but would be helped a lot if anyone has one leftover or an address where I could ask for one.
Anyone?

Thanks,
Dick.

Better picture

I got a better picture from the posting by ic-racer. Now I'm wondering how the lightbox is attached to the missign part.
It looks like the missing part is attached by the sliding things.
Normally the lightbox would attach to the head by these things but now seems to be unconnected. Seems strange.
