Need help with Hasselblad Phocus Export

I have recently obtained a Hasselblad CFV-50C. It seems the camera is doing well in capturing. However, when I am trying to export the file using the Phocus software, there is a problem. The image looks perfectly ok in the software. But the export is just mosaic or black blocks. I have attached a screen shot as shown below. Any help would be much appreciated.
