Hello!
I work at a university and we are running our color photo class again after 6 years. Our color print processor, Kreonite Promaster 2 RA4, seemed to be working just fine originally but now has given us some issues, listed below, for context adding the issues that are now resolved.
First issue: Pumps not automatically replenishing as paper was inserted.
Solved: Resolved itself - pumps now working and have continued to work.
Second issue drive slow message - gears would stop and sensor would not trigger with paper
Solved: by trimming some extra sock material at the end of two of the rollers that seemed to be slowing the gears down.l
Third issue: Paper sensor not triggering the gears on to run paper through, no error message coming up. AND the temperature for the Dev and Blix does not seem to be heating up.
Not solved yet!
We cannot see anything physically wrong with the machine and am wondering if it might be a computer issue?
Any thoughts about what we can try next??
