Need help on C41 process results

While this is not the first time I've processed C41, I am still a newbie on this. My last few times resulted in some great negatives, but this last time showed some really blotchy reds that I can't figure out if it is the chemistry/process or my file is over exposed. Maybe some feedback from you experts will help me trouble shoot this. Shot on Ektar 100 on 120mm. Here is the resultant scan:

It's more likely the scanner is blowing out reds. Very typical, especially with Ektar which has high saturation. Do an optical RA-4 print and see.
