Hi! I'm new at this, I got my hands on a Rolleiflex camera but have not been able to locate it anywhere on the internet. The model says:

1. Rolleiflex DBP-DBGM

and the other:

2. Rolleiflex SuperSport de Fuelle

The are both in 95% to 97% mint condition. They are clean and fully working, and take excellent pictures too! I even have the original case, for the DBP-DBGM.

Can anyone here tell me any website where I might find more detailed information on them, or if any of you know how much they are worth??

Would gladly appreciate the help.
Thanks!

There's a HUGE amount of info on the web!

Try this first:
http://www.rolleiclub.com

Regards,

David

PS: If you don't find the info you need, please post the serial numbers of the cameras and I will look them up.

I don't have the serial numbers because my uncle has them, he is helping me find more info on them. But I'll get the serials posted as soon as I get my hands on them.

There is a lot of info on that webpage I'll have to recheck with the SN to confirm. I don't seem to find anything that might let me know how much the might be worth, have any idea where I might find this??

I'll also try to get some pictures I have scanned so you can see the other camera as well.

The serials are:

1461480

and the other camera is:

3958023 \
5958023 /

Can't make out if it begins with a 3 or a 5.

Would really appreciate the help!

My guide gives this as a Rolleiflex 2.8C made in 1954 - 1955. Verification - what is the name around the front of the lower lens? Should be "Planar" or "Xenotar"

My guide doesn't cover this number range, and I've never heard of a Rolleiflex SuperSport de Fuelle. I suspect this is a special name for a specific market. What kind of camera is this? A small boxy-looking one with a lens that pulls out on a tube and says "Triotar" or "Tessar"? This is normally called a Rollei 35. Or a bigger camera (SLR) where you view through the lens, which is marked f1.8 or f1.4 Planar? This would be a Rollei SL35.

Value is difficult. Where do you live? I live in the UK, and a Rollei 2.8C in excellent order might be ÂŁ300 to ÂŁ400 at a dealer (not as popular as later D, E and F models), a Rollei 35 maybe ÂŁ80. Look up the names I have given you on the Internet to see if your cameras are in fact these models, you can then find prices on e-bay.

Regards,

David

I just came upon your post... I have the complete Rollei TLR guide from 1929-1994 and it should cover them all. I would be glad to try and help you identify these cameras. What would really be of help is if you can provide a couple of digital shots (clear close-ups) of the front of the cameras so that I can match them up... In addition, I need you to identify the lenses i.e. is it a 2.8 lens or a 3.5... is it a zeiss lens... is it at Francke-Heidecke etc... As much info that you can give would be helpful...

I wouldn't get your hopes up too high on these being highly valued; unless you have a real unique one, the market is flooded with these things... you may want to try and use it.... They are great cameras... I have 2 or 3...

Geeze,

I just got new glasses and can't see these pictures clearly, it always pays, if your trying to identify something the pictures should be in focus..

That folder is a Certo SuperSport Dolly. Not Rollei at all.

Yes, I apologize for the fuzzyness in the pictures, they are scans from some photos I had taken..

thanks Stoo for the website, I'll check it out right now..
