Need help: 2 rolls now with fogged border throughout

Hi all, newbie here. Having a stange issue, and getting very puzzled.
First: 2 35mm rolls have the same issue. First 8-10 frames very fogged, and also ONE border very dark - just one border, see attached image.
They were shot on different cameras (a Pentax MX, CLA a few years ago) and a newly bought Contax RX.
The rolls are not the same (PentaxMX: TMY; ContaxRX: Bergger400).
The tanks _may_ be the same, I failed to note the one for Pentax, but developer was HC-110H; for the Contax, HC-110B in a Jobo1520.
The dark overexposed border in both is the bottom one (top one having film ID, frame numbers)
In common, I have been loading the rolls inside a change bag, has 2 zippers, and I am sticking my arms (a bit chubby through the bag sleeves as usual.
I have loaded many rolls of 35mm and 120 from these and other cameras in the meantime, no issues...
What could this be??

I will give you my first guesses. The issue is probably not from the camera if you got the same result with two different cameras. Most processing with Jobo equipment is done with a motorized base. If you overdo it with rotary processing (too long a developing time, too high a temperature or too high a rotation speed (or some combination), the solution can rush through the sprocket holes at too high a speed. If the film was fogged while being loaded onto a reel or going through a camera, the overdone area would not be confined to the edges. Try so e test film in one of the cameras and develop the film in a regular tank with agitation by inversion. If the edges are normal, you should have your answer.

The elastic stretches and no longer seals tightly around the sleeves. Some changing bags will deteriorate with age. This will become obvious when flakes start falling out of the open bag. The tank may have developed a crack. Test in total darkness by shining a bright light inside the tank while observing the outside. Check the lid to center tube by shining the light inside the funnel with the tube attached and observe the tube side of the lid. Verify the lid fits the tank snugly and is locked down fully when processing.
I use Jobo 25xx tanks. Jobo's chemical levels are on the shy side, a 10% increase in chemical volume reduces or eliminates processing problems.

Are you using the center spindle to hold the reels? That spindle blocks light from coming into the tank and it is a must be used part.

dynachrome, tx - I forgot to mention, I am doing manual inversion, about 20 in the 1st minute, then 4 every minute on top of the minute.

shtterfinger - tx!! I will check with the flashlight - and, also, awesome thanks for the volume information - I was using the exact 485ml - will fill the tank to the brim!

Sirius - you got me thinking about something here!! - I believe both happened when using just one 35mm reel in the Jobo1520 tank. Coupled with what shutterfinger just said, I now wonder - could it be the reel and core were coming off of the core's seat at the bottom, and undoing the light trap? I will try the same procedure with an extra reel in the tank.
