This is the big dog of the SX-70 cameras, the Alpha 1 SE. It is a proper SLR, not a viewfinder model. Certainly the fugliest SX-70 on planet earth and possibly beyond. Stinky and disgusting but working fine. The lens has a bit of schmutz in it as described by the pictures, but nothing fatal. The value on this is certainly north of the asking price, but since the idea is to make great stuff available to the huddled APUG masses at great prices while lending a hand to organizations in need, an offer of $15 or greater takes it. Will not sell tonight so that the east coast folks get a chance at it. The usual prohibition on 'flipping' prevails! All proceeds including shipping charges will benefit our local community radio station, WCUW, broadcasting at 91.3 FM in Worcester, MA and also streaming at www.wcuw.org. Buyer pays only actual shipping.
