Name That Camera - Help ID This ICA

I'm trying to ID this camera. I'm pretty sure it's an ICA (at least the lens/shutter is) but I'm wondering what model it is. I've had no luck finding any info on-line.

It's got a double extension bellows (around 11" total), the glass measures 3 1/4 x 5 1/2, the lens is marked Hekla Doppel Anastigmat 15cm, f6.8, the shutter is maked ICA Dresden Compound. Otherwise, there's no marking of any kind on the body.

That's an interesting rise mechanism there, which might be the best clue to the specific camera model. I haven't seen anything like it.
