I am lip reading what the girl in the background is saying, and I'm pretty sure she is saying "OMG can you believe it is 2020?!"
I think it's 2020. The girl looks 21st century girl. You don't find them like that in the 20th century.

What kind of strap is that? It looks like the camera's finish would be nicely protected from rubs.

Now we have a great question! That style of strap end isn’t very old. Maybe within the past 20 years? I worry about it being weak and breaking “prematurely “.

Peak Design anchors/straps are similar. And very good, keeps all the hardware and bulky stuff away from the camera, so not only don't they rub the finish but do not intrude on the handling.
The strap in the photo does not seem to be that, but I'm sure adequate for a light weight camera.

Reverse image search. First result leads to the photographer's upload to the lomography website where someone asks what camera the model is carrying. The photographer goes by Ployfeer on Instagram and YouTube

Screen grab from https://www.lomography.com/homes/pl...canon-autoboy-s/photos/25214865?order=popular
The photo was uploaded by the photographer to various sites a month ago so, presumably, that's around the time it was taken.

@Molli - thanks for crediting the photographer. This is the last place someone should upload such a photo without saying who took it or where they got it.

I would have sworn it was a Hi-Matic. Here's a shot of one I sold in here for a friend in the past year.

After this submission I say Hi-Matic E.
The only Hi-Matic match I found so far.

Hi-matic E or F are very simiolar in appearance, but I agree Himatic E...the strap lugs are positioned lower on the F

The photographer has answered the question themselves, the model is carrying a Hi-Matic E.
See post #40. There's a link to the page but, if you don't want to visit, there's also a full screen grab. Ployfeer, the photographer, is asked at the bottom of the page about the model's camera.

Yes wiltw, I looked at the position of the lugs too. In these "what model is this?" games there are lot of details to look into.

No one's paying attention. They're busy.

Graham, it is time for a new round "Identify this camera". Maybe one without a girl...
