My Photography 11 students spend about a month, making pinhole images. First, they construct their camera (lots of cutty cutty paste paste paint paint), then out they go with photo paper loaded inside their cameras. The cameras are quite tiny...with about a 60mm focal length. They use their finger as the shutter. The negatives are about 2x3 inches in size. They are then contact printed for the positive print, in the darkroom. I'm quite impressed with some of the work my students have been pulling off!
The strawberry themed paper must be worth at least one bonus point!
There is little I enjoy more than seeing people discover things when doing photography. You can tell your students Andrew that we are impressed.

I'll tell her! She'll be tickled pink! My students are really enjoying pinhole. It was supposed to end last week, so that we could start film unit, but they begged me to give them another week at it. The darkroom is just humming!
