Light reading from left side of the face where the evening sun was hitting, and overexposed 4 stops - a bit too much I guess
Developed in D23 Stock for 6 mins
Scanned with Epson 4990

I guess I need a low contrast developer as well, any thoughts/ comments/ guidance on the picture

Too much white sky at the top -- better to crop it closer to her head. D23 is already a 'Low Contrast' developer as it contains only METOL as the developing agent.
