Seemingly that site as a whole is geo-blocking. Something I only experienced with US websites.

Well, it worked for me as well and I am in the U.K. However it must have been a fake site as it said it was sunny and 70 degrees. That must be about 15 degrees hotter than the Saudi Arabian desert in the summer
