my first darkroom... equipment suggestions?

ColorPrintMaker is just a marketing thing. Can use for Color or B&W with appropriate filters. Bulb. Enlarger bulb have a more diffused coating and no writing on the bulb that will affect your print. Just get the right size from Freestyle, B&H, Adorama, etc.
