For Sale Multiple Signed Photographic Books

I have a HUGE collection of photography books. Sitting on the shelf and collecting dust.

These are some of the better signed ones. I HATE pricing signed books. Seems like they are all over the place. However, will give it a go.

Up for grabs:

Fan Ho signed series. These are always expensive, especially in the three-volume set. This set cost me a lot more than the asking price. $975 for the collection.

Michael Kenna Easter Islang. No clue on pricing this one. $275

Robert Frank. Again, clueless. $395

W. Eugene Smith, Minamata. This is the portfolio collection that opens up with prints inside. It's framed and I didn't feel like opening it up. One on Ebay right now listed for $600. I'll go with $495.

Out of my price range and I'm too old to be buying more collectibles, but FYI -- when consulting eBay the thing to do is not look at what folks are asking or what things are listed for, look at what they have sold for. You can filter for "sold/completed" listing in the menu on the left side of the screen. Book sellers like Abebooks and Biblio.com can also give you a guide, with proper considerations for condition.

Folks can ask anything, and usually do. What things sell for is what shows the trends. Good luck.
