@markjwyatt: I really like the sense of scale of the two people in relation to the church. Do you recall how you developed the film and print? Very good balance of tones Lower contrast range yet doesn't hold back the strong character of the church.

@macfred: Nice use of diagonals and layering. My mom is into a little bit of DC superheroes but more into Marvel. I don't know how many videos I have watched with her so far. Iron Man, Avengers, Captain America, Spider Man, Hulk, Thor and others. Still more videos to go over and she keeps ordering more. I don't know how she keeps track of all of this. I have to split the watching times up because I am one of those who can't sit in one place for too long, lol.

Come to think of it: I could be included as one of those characters. I am known in my town as the Ice Man. I am always out in the cold of winter, wearing tank tops and shorts. I don't mind the cold.

And the selection for this month's shooting assignment is...........

Congratulations goes to @macfred for his "High above the city of Liège, Belgium - Stairs at Montagne de Bueren" image.

I have chosen this image because it is well composed and it gives me a feeling of some uneasiness. The downward sloping perspective with the mild compression of view and the boy being on the ready, to make his move. I like images that have an effect on me.

There were many images that I liked from this monthly assignment. Thanks to those who have submitted images to the November 2024 MSA!

Thanks!

Bob

Congratulation @macfred - and well chosen @What About Bob .
By the way, November still has just under three hours to go for us on the Pacific Northwest, and there are some members, including one moderator, who have even more time left in the month .

Well it's December the first, 16:15 hrs as I write this.

Regardless, congratulations to macfred, it is quite the heart stopper kind of image.
