"Cacao tree"
1/30 at f/8

The plant house was packed for the last few days. I came in from the cold and waited before going into the Palm House to warm up the gear then go in but my lenses still fogged right up. I had to get my shots in between lens wipes and be quick about it because people were all around me and I felt like a pinball, lol.

Solid work! Nice camera, BTW

New.

Backlit plant leaf - Bit of a cheat as it's backlit using a flash but it was tricky enough even with the extra light.

ETRS + Bellows + 75mm + Yellow filter. 1/125 @ f16. Delta 100/Ilfosol 3 1+9. 580EXII Flash + Minolta Spotmeter F.

Neg scan

Old enough to have been entered by me in the Harman/Ilford sponsored APUG print competition, so many years ago:

It is a scan from print done back in, I think, 2014.
At least that is the date on the digital file.
As the competition required that both the film and the paper were Ilford, I broke from my usual practice and used the one Ilford film that didn't have a Kodak competitor any more - Ilford SFX.
It is from a 120 negative loaded in (IIRC) either my Mamiya C330 or the C220 I had as a backup for a while.
No IR filtration - I decided to use SFX because it was an Ilford film and has a distinctive grain and spectral response that I like when SFX is used "normally".
The backlighting comes from a south facing sliding glass door behind it.
Back then I was using Kodak HC-110 developer, but I can't recall whether or not I had transitioned to using HC-110 replenished by then.

"Stairs at Thornes" - Thornes Marketplace in Northampton, MA.

I came across this on my way back home to pick up my wallet that I had forgotten, lol.

He knows! He knows! The look of realization on his face at our Darkroom Group meeting on Saturday was worth the price of admission!
