Movie film to *.avi on a flatbed scammer?

I saw a post on it before, but I can't for the life of me remember which one it was. And I have had no results with the search...

Can someone please give the me the link to the program which scans frame by frame movie film on a flatbed scanner and then splices it into a .avi file?
