I've recently built up a Pentax 645n kit, including a Kindermann 6 x 6 projector, and from Ebay a number of 6 x 45 slide mounts. These are made of a white bristol board or some such and seem to have a dry adhesive on the inside of the mount as they would fold up.
Back in the day I can recall mounting 35mm slides in Kodak mounts which had an adhesive activated by the heat of an ordinary household iron.
Might these mounts work in the same way? I don't see any maker's name. Any suggestions about the heat to set on the iron? Given how hard it is to find 6 x 45 mounts I hesitate to experiment, although I will if I have to. From all I can find I'll have to mount any slides I take myself, since I haven't run across any processors who mount 120 slides, let alone 6 x 45.
Thanks!
