I think this could have been my T90, as it is just the right size for my hands and everything falls right under the fingers.

OTOH, the Leica M4 and Rolleiflex have such a "toolish" feeling that I think they'd win over the T90, even if it was still functioning...

The r6.2 i own is very sexy in the hand. As well as my MP. The MP wins it because of its black paint which makes it stick in my hands. Black paint is a very useful feature. Chrome cameras slip from my hands. Frustrating!

But the most sexy camera I ever used and still use is a Black paint Nikon S3. That is a camera that the camera God himself designed. It's so dmned sexy on all levels. I just really dislike its 1:1 vf but that doesn't count in a tactile/fondling contest.

I love the intimacy of the Asahi H1a, predecessor to the Spotmatic. - David Lyga

Can't argue these early Pentax models. My first "real" 35mm was an Asahi Pentax SV which I still own and works great. I bought it at the PX in Vietnam in late '67 or early '68.

More votes here for the early nominated Barnack Leicas and Nikkormats. However, those little Voigtlander Vito Bs also shoot very also easily as long as you can estimate distances well.

Well, for me, it has to be my Leica M2, closely followed by my Pentax s1a...
