I understand the exposure, thanks, but I am still a little mystified about what it is trying to tell me about focus :tongue:

Is it showing the change in the minimum focus distance with the bellows extension?

No. The scale pictured is telling you at what point the exposure factor kicks in.

Those curves tell you two things. As you focus, it will tell you how far away your plane of focus is. It will also tell you the exposure compensation for that focus point. That is dependent upon the bellows draw.
