That sounds really interesting! I love abstract ideas. If I can find the time I will definitely participate.
Totally going for the eye of a tornado thing. Sounds perfectly safe!
I'm going to try standing in front of a train to get the headlight beam.
Being there: yes! But getting there, ...
At least bring a Pentax 67 with zoom lens in a Dead Link Removed case and you'll have a perfect anchor as well.
Oh, I almost forgot to mention:
1) Please tell us what, where, how and why you photographed.
2) Please post an image here for all to see and in the (there was a url link here which no longer exists) as well. To be able to post in the Gallery, you must be a (there was a url link here which no longer exists), what is a good cause in itself.

Can someone please enLIGHTen me as to how to post an image in the thread?
(As I've mentioned before, posting side by side in the gallery seems to be the fairest and fastest way to enter the MSA.)
Thank you!

Should I understand that non-subscribers are implicitly excluded from this MSA (I've read in posts on more than one occasion the insistence images to be posted in the MSA Gallery instead of here) ?

Don't get me wrong. Anyone is most welcome to post here in this thread. Subscribers can also post in the gallery.
That's all.
Besides that I simply encourage anyone to consider to support this wonderfull non-commercial forum, if you can afford it. But no obligation what so ever!!

Thanks to all who tried to explain to me how to post an entry into the thread. Seeing that every one's explanation was different, I am now totally confused. (Anyway, compared to posting in the gallery, they were all too labor intensive. I do this for fun and to motivate me to take photos, not to complicate my life!)
So I will continue to post in the gallery only. If this disqualifies me from the competition, so be it...
Stone, what do you mean by the "tiny 850 size image in the gallery" ? When I click on the thumbnails, they enlarge to a BIG image on my screen. Much bigger, actually that those posted in the thread. So, I'm confused...
