A fast RC paper (Ilford) should develop in 30 seconds to a minute. If permanence is not a goal, you could simply rinse or stop the print and not bother fixing it. Even if you do want to fix it, that should only take another 30 seconds or minute.

Which monobath formula develops and fixes the paper that fast? I would be interested to know the formula out of curiosity.
