Mona Lisa - Turbulent Fractal Tree Sfumato Degrades and How to detect it ?

If there is a fractal tree degrades at Mona Lisa and if we see the same sfumato at some lenses... how can we detect it ? Some researchers claim that they found these fractal tree degrees at da vinci .
