Modern/current case for Rolleiflex Rolleinar and filters?

I purchased Rolleinar cases for Bay 1 and 3 which came complete with hood, B+W filters and Rolleinar 1 and 2 but I'd rather not wear out the leather cases. Though they are in pretty good shape, pulling them in and out of a camera bag will cause wear quite quickly I suppose given their age. Google searching did not come up with anything I could find.

They are quite durable. I pulled mine in and out for decades without noticing any wear.

Never seen an alternative…
