model releases, project bids, invoices,?

any of the below downloadable or can be shared....suggestions would be welcome, I have to get serious and quit hand writing these on my old carbon forms...

any template or layout that would be one size fits all? i.e.

1. Time charge/studio/location/set up

2. Releases-a simple and to the point one.

3. Use fee contract/retainable rights etc

4. Initial deposit with work order contract

There is an all purpose book titled, "Business and Legal Forms for Photographers" from Allworth Press, written by Crawford. Hope that helps. I think it has a CD in it so you can really speed it all up. They are just boiler plate forms, but much better than hand writing them.
