Ok, I'm a bit sleep deprived because of a new baby, and I mixed packet B before A. Does this matter? I tried to search the archives but couldn't find any info on this.

It may make it more difficult to dissolve the Part A, but I don't think it will damage the chemistry as long as you get everything into solution with no little crystals that escaped. You could do of course do a little test with a short strip and handful of frames.

If you can't get it all into solution, then try heating it some, like you do when mixing D-76.
