Note that you probably won't be able to re-use that 60ml of solution, or at least, not for more than a couple of prints. I'd think it would be pretty rare that you'd want to develop just one sheet. The way I work, I do at least one test sheet with a ringaround, then do multiple sheets after that (typically a few small prints and a couple of 8x10-inch prints from a single roll). RA-4 developer certainly lasts long enough for a print session, so if I were using drums, I'd want to mix up at least 500ml or so. (I use open trays, mix up a liter at a time, use it for two or three sessions over a few days, and then discard it.)
