Mixing Fix

Ilford Hypam and Ilford Rapid.
Is it possible to mix these two fixers together.?
I have switched to Hypam and have a little Rapid remaining. It is just a few ounces. I can dump it with no regrets.

I'm sure it wouldn't hurt. But I wouldn't use it if it looks weird.

How many ounces in "a few"?
Once diluted to working strength, is it enough to fill your film developing tank? If so, prepare a bottle of working strength film fixer from that, calculate how many rolls it is suitable for and then use (and re-use) it for that many rolls.

It should be fine unless you intend to use a hardener. IIRC, Hypam is designed for use with an optional hardener and Rapid Fix isn't.. that might be the wrong way around though....
