I just inherited a bunch of my fathers slides. They are in straight trays that are marked were N0.1 so I assumed they were for the Kodak Cavevade projectors. It turns out they were for a Wolensak projector. I purchased a 510 Cavecade for $65 total but it looks like it's missing a part. I'm wondering if someone who has one can take a photo so I can see if I can fabricate something. Looks like the brass part iwith the groove in my photo should have a spring, a clip, or something that keeps the sliding frame in the channels.

Hart task to find out what is wrong here - sruddy !
A professional service specialized on slide projection repairs may be much smarter as we both together ?

But there is no guarantee that you'll find such service wich is able to solve your problem ....!

The one guarantee I will give you that it would be expensive in boths ways (solved or unsolved via repair service)

Help yourself and solve problems by yourself :

In case of no hands-on reply, try to find out by contemplating or by try and error what function this bolt has resp.what movements it is to do. Then make yoursel, or take from your parts collection a fitting spring and mount it the appropriate way.

Not so sure on your translation however I think I get the points. I have been watching that machine and at this point it would be the cheapest option. However I have asked the seller for more photos and they don't reply. So I'm looking for someone who can show me a photo of their projector. I know I can fix it if I can see the original part service manual with parts illustratiion. It would be helpfull to have all the extra parts from another machine so I may purchase the eBay one even thought the seller is non responsive.
