Misaligned light meter Voigtländer Ultramatic CS

The light meter in my Voigtländer Ultramatic CS is slightly misaligned. The three red overlays and the green part doesn't seem to be in the right position at different setting, like on the picture. The needle works fine and seems to be accurate though (out of Weincells at the moment..). The numbers may be a bit tilted too.


Anybody knows if this is an easy fix or not?
