Does anyone have experience or knowledge about the Mirex Tilt and Shift Adapter for Hasselblad V series camera and lenses??

I found http://www.mirex-adapter.de/tilt_shift_adapter.htm but it is all German to me! Siriusly, I do not read German, so can someone tell me about this adapter, its limitations and cost.

These adapters are for using MF lenses as tilt-shift lenses on 35mm cameras. The Hasselblad adapter uses Hasselblad lenses and has T-mount thread on the camera side, so it would require a T-mount adapter to whatever 35mm camera you want to use it with.
