I bought some used gear off "the bay" and it came with the owner portion of the warranty slip for a Miranda DR camera, serial number 644453 and 50mm lens, serial number K4853528, dated August 31, 1962. The previous owner was from New York State. The purchase did not include any Miranda gear.

Maybe the camera has made it`s way to you - I know it is a long shot but who knows.

Let me know if it belongs to you.

All the best

There a not many still working Miranda DR's nowadays. Beautiful cameras, but generally they did not endure the passing of time all too well, at least compared to many other cameras of that period. If that specific camera still exists, most likely it is boxed away in someone's attic, long forgotten.
