The camera uses auto exposure, aperture priority, or manual metering, it is manual focus. The set is great for film use or you can adapt the lenses for mirrorless cameras. Thanks Nanthor for a smooth transaction. This was my first ever SLR. The first one is at the bottom of the gulf of mexico due to an assistant bosun who couldn't tie a knot. Several digital cameras later and I'm back to square one.
