Minolta X-370n Loose Winding, Shutter Stuck?

Hi everyone, I'm getting around to my repair bin and came across a Minolta X-370n with a problem. The winding lever will go the full length of travel without ratcheting. The shutter is primed, but the release won't fire the shutter. I already replaced the cap a while back and confirmed the meter works through the VF, even though the mirror is stuck up. Any help is greatly appreciated.
